Clinical Team Administrator Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Lead, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the clinical team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of office-based healthcare services. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong IT proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks Role and responsibilities - Maintain accurate and confidential patient and staff records in line with data protection regulations. - Access NHS emails and upload referrals. - Allocate referrals to clinical team. - Support the coordination of clinical meetings - Communicate with HCP's to obtain Client information if needed (phone, emails) - Monitor and order samples for the Clinical team. - May need to support in other administrative tasks to support business needs Profile requested - Proven administrative experience in a healthcare or similar setting. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). - Strong organisational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - High level of discretion and confidentiality. Desirable: - Experience working in a clinical or NHS environment. - Familiarity with electronic patient record systems. - Knowledge of medical terminology.
