Clinical Team Administrator
Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Lead, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the clinical team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of office-based healthcare services. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong IT proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks
Role And Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate and confidential patient and staff records in line with data protection regulations.
* Access NHS emails and upload referrals.
* Allocate referrals to clinical team.
* Support the coordination of clinical meetings
* Communicate with HCP's to obtain Client information if needed (phone, emails…)
* Monitor and order samples for the Clinical team.
* May need to support in other administrative tasks to support business needs
Profile requested
* Proven administrative experience in a healthcare or similar setting.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Desirable
* Experience working in a clinical or NHS environment.
* Familiarity with electronic patient record systems.
* Knowledge of medical terminology.
