Job Description
My client is looking for a Management Accountant to join them on a temporary basis for 6 months. You will be responsible for producing the monthly management accounts and associated commentary, along with taking charge of ad-hoc and hands-on project work.

Key Responsibilities
* Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts
* Assist in the forecasting process
* Analyse performance and explain variances to budget, forecast and prior year
* Maintain strong financial controls and accurate balance sheet reconciliations
* Take charge of ad-hoc project work, including dealing with reconciliations and other hands-on duties
Profile
About You
* Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or QBE with strong management accounting experience
* The ability to deal with a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills
* Organised, detail-driven and comfortable working to deadlines
* Proactive, collaborative and always looking for ways to improve
Job Offer
A day rate commensurate with experience (inside IR35), up to £375 per day (if umbrella company)
Hybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
