Your new role
HR System Advisor Interim Assignment, to March 2026, up to £230 per day, hybrid, Bristol
My client needs additional process improvement work to enable a project to be completed. The role will be working predominantly with HR colleagues.
* Review and improve transactional processes, identifying inefficiencies and redesigning workflows to improve accuracy, speed, and user experience across the employee lifecycle.
* Reorganise the HR system, shifting to a customer-centric interface
* Work with cross-functional teams
to ensure system and process changes align with the project's shared services vision and interoperability requirements.
* Develop and implement streamlined processes
that support self-service, automation, and data integrity, reducing manual interventions.
* Create clear documentation and training materials
to support the transition to new systems and processes, ensuring consistency and ease of adoption across all user groups.
* Monitor and evaluate the impact of changes, using feedback and performance metrics to refine solutions and support continuous improvement in readiness for shared services integration.
