ROLE: Electrical Supervisor – Lead with Impact, Drive Excellence
HOURS: Full-Time

We're looking for an Electrical Supervisor who is ready to take the next step in their technical career and lead a high-performing team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Role Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a team of engineers and subcontractors to deliver efficient, high-quality services.
* Ensure all work meets contractual KPIs and financial targets.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver services professionally and cost-effectively.
* Provide accurate reporting and play a key role in supporting audits across quality, health & safety, environment, and finance.
* Drive operational performance, service excellence, and make a real difference every day.
Required Qualifications
* City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Electrotechnical Technology
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Services
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
* Electrical Installation Apprenticeship (Level 3)
* Experience in a technical estates or facilities management environment
* Previous supervisory or team leader experience
Required Skills & Behaviours
* Customer-focused with a “can-do” attitude and an eye for detail.
* Able to prioritise under pressure and solve problems pragmatically.
* Strong leadership qualities with the ability to encourage and embed the right behaviours across the team.
* Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and overseeing operational spend.
* Solid knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Confidence in handling escalations, driving continuous improvement, and promoting QHSE best practices.
