Are you a Residential Housing Designer, or similar, with an architectural background, looking to join a growing company in the housing association sector? Join an expanding housing design and architectural consultancy focused on designing residential site layouts. This company, established only 5 years ago, is looking to grow its team of architectural experts and offers clear career progression routes for all employees.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and managing residential site layouts, leading projects alongside the project manager, and mentoring junior designers.
The ideal candidate will have an architectural background, experience with CAD software for housing design, and the ability to manage projects from conception to planning submission.

Person:
* Degree in Architecture or a related field
