We're hiring for a passionate Cover Supervisor for a Secondary school based in Luton.
Short-term and long-term placements available.
Pay range: £100 - £120 per day.
Responsibilities:
* Manage secondary school classrooms in the absence of a teacher.
* Ensure students stay on task with their work.
* Implement the school’s behavior policies.
* Provide basic feedback to staff on class progress.
Experience:
Prior experience working in education or youth-focused roles.
Skills:
* Strong classroom management abilities.
* Good communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to engage with students across different year groups.
Educational requirements:
Degree or relevant experience preferred.
