Who we are:
There’s never been many ingredients to MOJU. In the beginning, it was just two mates. One beaten-up VW Golf. Zero experience. Armed only with simple, homemade cold-press juices and a mad ambition to mix up an industry.
Why? Well, something was bothering us. In this busy, modern world, we work so hard to be healthy and active. Yet products that say they’ll help you out? They kind of… don’t. Artificial ingredients. Heavy processing. Loads of sugar. It’s not what your body needs. Busy lives deserve better.
So, we made it our mission to provide exactly that. We went back to nature, back to millions of years of evolution. To reconnect people with powerful flavours and potent natural ingredients. To do what we can to get you performing better. No miracle cures. Just some of what you need to get you feeling gooooood.
It’s never just been about the drinks at MOJU. We’re here to give life our best shot.
Our people
Being part of MOJU means joining a fired-up team taking positive action for a better world. Individually, we’re as unique as our most twisted shot face. But collectively, we’re crazy passionate about our products, people and the planet.
Different personalities and perspectives are what keep our shots fresh. That’s why we’ll always hire diversely, actively encouraging members of underrepresented groups to bring their talent and get involved.
Our values
* ACT EVERGREEN – Build strong and lasting roots. Trust is everything.
* BLAZE TRAILS – Create fearlessly and shake shot up.
* KEEP IT REAL – Remain humble and always say what you mean.
* PLAY TO WIN – Own it and grow every day.
* FEED THE MOJO – Spread optimism and help others succeed.
The process
Get that application in. Once you’re in the mix, we’ll take the time to get to know you – properly. We’ve developed a hiring process where you are judged on unique talents and aptitude, not your identity. We rate all candidates against a set criteria.
Remember, if you don’t tick all the boxes on the requirements for the role, give it a shot. If you reckon you’ve got the fire to make this place your own, we want to hear about it. It takes all sorts to make an impact.
The package
We’ve created a brand to make people feel good – yourself included. If you’re the right candidate, you’ll receive a competitive package that includes your salary, discretionary bonus, 28 days holiday, flexible working hours and a generous pension contribution.
As well as getting to work at London’s coolest HQ (well, we think so anyway) you’ll also get paid time out of the office for getting stuck into social impact initiatives, free therapy support from Spill Therapy, Classpass membership and Simplyhealth healthcare. And naturally, you’ll get your hands on as much MOJU as you can shake a shot at.
