Experienced Support Worker required, permanent role base Canvey Island, Essex.
Support Workers required for a new supported living service for young adults with learning disabilities based in the Canvey Island ,Essex area. Note they are not offering sponsorship at this time. This is a permanent full time role working 40 hours per week. £25,417 p/a plus sleep ins at £40.00 per night - earnings up to £29,725 per annum.. Will include day, weekend and sleep in working. Sleep in shifts are paid in addition to basic salary (£5.00 extra on usual hourly rate per hour).
Shift patterns are;
Monday – Sunday
Early Shift: 07:00 to 15:00
Late Shift: 15:00 to 23:00
Sleep In: 23:00 – 07:00

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for;
* Providing care in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements, reflecting policies and procedures and agreed standards under the direction of the service management
* Support and enable adults to maintain skills and personal interests whilst delivering person-centred care

* Maintain skills at a current level, and undertake such training and development as required to maintain and progress knowledge
