Accounts Payable Administrator - 12 month FTC

Lotus Cars Limited is the manufacturing site in the UK, producing models such as the Emira and the Evija. To support our growth, we are seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract in the Finance Department at our Hethel manufacturing plant.
What you'll do:
* Process supplier invoices accurately within agreed timelines.
* Investigate and resolve supplier queries promptly and professionally.
* Reconcile supplier statements with ledger balances.
* Distribute supplier correspondence and ensure proper documentation filing.
* Liaise with internal teams to resolve invoice disputes and approval issues.
* Raise and manage supplier debit notes and cancellations.
* Maintain accurate data in the finance system.
* Monitor and clear GR/IR accounts.
* Prepare supplier payment runs and post to the cash book.
* Identify process improvements and provide feedback or training to relevant teams.
* Perform reconciliations and error checks on control accounts and intercompany balances.
What you'll bring:
* Experience in an Accounts Payable role is preferred but not essential.
* Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proactive, organized, and able to take ownership of tasks.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* At least GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in Math and English.

Additional Information:
* This role is based at our Hethel plant, with a flexible working policy; however, at least 3 days per week on-site presence is required.
