Job Description:
HCOMM is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator Assistant to join our team in York. The successful candidate will work closely with the Office Manager to assist with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting the Office Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks.
* Managing and processing Purchase Orders in accordance with company procedures.
* Coordinating hotel bookings for employees and visitors as required.
* Booking vehicle servicing and MOTs for company vehicles.
* Handling course bookings for employees, including arranging logistics and managing attendance records.
* Providing general administrative support to the office team as needed.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
* Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of basic accounting principles would be advantageous.
Location:
The position is based in York (Clifton Moor), and the candidate must be able to work from this location.
