Role Purpose
The Clinical Territory Manager is a key part of the Paediatric Sales team, managing their own business (Allergy & faltering growth) within the territory. This role supports customers in both Primary and Secondary care, builds relationships, and delivers clinical and commercial messaging to drive sales of our Paediatric portfolio. It involves building credibility across the health economy (hospital and community) and driving both commercial opportunities and patient value.
Key Activities
* Develop and implement cross-functional account plans aligned with national strategic priorities.
* Monitor performance against business plans and provide monthly reviews to the paed RBM.
* Identify and profile Key Opinion Leaders and Influencers; devise action plans for their management.
* Deliver against commercial and activity targets as per account plans and KPIs.
* Create customer investment plans (territory budget) and define ROI in collaboration with regional teams.
* Work with the adult contract account manager to optimise paediatric portfolio usage, drive formulary listings, and promote niche products.
* Achieve positive formulary and guideline product listings through stakeholder influence.
* Monitor guideline performance across the territory with support from the Paediatric RBM/HDM.
* Deliver key opinion leader/influencer plans within NHS bodies through cross-functional working.
* Manage and mobilise KOLs/Commercial advocates effectively.
* Manage clinical stakeholder relationships to deliver superiority messages.
* Support Nutricia enteral feeding contracts as needed.
* Participate in customer symposiums and educational meetings as per account plans.
This is a field-based role; candidates should reside within Essex, Suffolk, or Norfolk. The role is offered on a 14-month fixed-term contract.
