Director of Revenue Management Our client is seeking an exceptional Director of Revenue Management to join their senior leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced commercial leader to shape the future of revenue strategy at a leading global organisation. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and as a key member of the Commercial Leadership Team, this role will define and deliver high-level strategies that optimise unit revenue performance while supporting long-term commercial vision. Key Responsibilities Deliver global and ancillary revenue targets, driving proactive actions to achieve results. Develop innovative pricing and inventory plans across all distribution channels. Lead route and cabin strategies across all products, maximising flown revenue. Oversee revenue decisions for joint ventures, interline partners, and codeshare agreements. Drive group-wide revenue synergies through close collaboration with partner entities. Set appropriate pricing guardrails and ensure inventory availability, including redemption products. Manage disruption alongside operational teams to protect and optimise revenue. Guide network flow decisions to ensure optimal mix, balancing commercial and operational needs. Lead a high-performing revenue management data science team, leveraging advanced analytics and insights. Inspire, coach, and empower colleagues to achieve their full potential. Play a key role in shaping the culture of the wider Commercial Directorate. About You The successful candidate will bring: Degree-level education or equivalent experience. Senior-level experience in Revenue Management within a premium, networked carrier or equivalent sector. A broad understanding of the industry and commercial environment, supported by experience across multiple commercial functions. Experience in different airline models (desirable). Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally. A track record of delivering sustainable change and driving simplification.
