£29,000 - £36,000 per annum | Full Time | AM, PM or Night shift | Distribution and Recycling | 30-35 days' holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Ongoing training

As a Shift Leader at Lidl, you’ll help run operations in one of our 14 warehouses, leading by example to see the impact of what you do at the end of every day. From opening, running and closing shifts to training new starters, you’ll have plenty of chances to get stuck in and make a big impact on your colleagues. You’ll also help and support your team across their shift, keeping them positive and motivated to carry out excellent teamwork.
