Project Manager/ Continuous Improvement Manager – Midlands.
Salary £40,000 - £50,000 (experience dependant - and negotiable).

Do you come with a proven track record of landing and launching projects for, and with multiple stake holders whilst being passionate about doing things the right way?
Do you have a lean six sigma certification, Prince 2 or equivalent?
What does the role involve?
* The focus of a Project Manager is to lead the portfolio of key projects for our client. Executing the approach to change, communication and how projects are delivered.
* You will own our client’s governance of projects and move with pace and agility with all stakeholders and be clear on how this will land change.
* You will define and champion the change & communication for all projects.
* You will use your considerable project management experience to make clear all projects have a concise business case with clarity on the ROI for any investments.
* You will be tasked with working 5 out of 7 days to ensure you remain closely connected with the business and its people.
* Managing and owning the capacity plan and creating a process for all ideas to form part of the strategic planning cycle, without going over capacity.
* Travel through the Midlands is required, and a driving licence is a must. (Staffordshire or Shropshire would be an ideal base to reach our clients head office and regional offices).
What qualities will you need to be successful?
* As the Project Manager/Continuous Improvement Manager, you will ideally have a proven background of driving successful projects within a hospitality, restaurant, or retail environment, but if you’ve had experience in the Tech or energy sectors this may also be beneficial.
* You will have experience of leading projects that enhance the customer experience.
* We are looking for an individual who can clearly analyse data and performance to identify the root cause of opportunities and develop strategies to improve results.
* You will challenge processes and activities to make the operations “simpler, better and smarter” for our client’s guests and external relationships.
* You will need to create a clearly defined operating system that embraces omni channel operations and team deployment, ensuring you influence the design of new stores and improvements to the existing base.
* You will need to be an excellent internal and external relationship builder and stakeholder manager and have demonstrated this throughout an already successful career.
* You will show initiative when it comes to problem solving and be motivated by a need for change.
* You will also be people and guest focussed and may have demonstrated this through your journey within Retail or Hospitality?
* Are you passionate about forward planning and organising within an 18–24-month horizon?
* Do you strive for excellence defining change, communication and how projects are executed?
* You will be a certified lean six sigma professional or PRINCE 2 qualified or equivalent.
