What You’ll Be Doing
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth by:
* Building and managing relationships with existing clients on volume accounts - understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
* Working closely with our sourcing and delivery consultants to ensure we are identifying the best candidates for each position and offering a great candidate experience
* Managing the full recruitment process - from job briefing to offer negotiation and aftercare.
* Delivering excellent service to both clients and candidates.
