2nd Line Support Engineer - Microsoft Gold Partner!
Company Overview:
A rapidly expanding Microsoft Gold Partner, are looking for a Technical 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their East Sussex-based team.
They specialise in providing Cloud Services to Small-to-Medium sized enterprises across the UK and are looking to expand into the European market shortly.
Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support across a variety of technologies.
* Offer guidance, manage internal IT systems, and assist with proposals.
* Participate in IT project implementations and maintain performance targets.
* Record support calls, monitor queues, and conduct scheduled maintenance.
* Ensure cyber and network security best practices and liaise with vendors.
* Prepare hardware, assist with client deployments, and visit sites as needed.
Skills/Must have:
* Passion for enterprise-grade infrastructure technology and a minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
* Expertise in Microsoft technologies - Office 365 / Azure / Windows / Active Directory
* Proficiency in configuring and maintaining devices with Microsoft Endpoint Management.
* Experience with virtualization, backup solutions, and telecoms.
* Networking Fundamentals - Knowledge of protocols.
* Excellent communication skills.

* £28,000 to £34,000 Basic Per Annum
