Chapmans Electrical are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a solid background in administrative tasks. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing support to various departments, and maintaining efficient office processes.
Duties
* Assist in the running of day-to-day office operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
* Handle incoming calls and correspondence with excellent phone etiquette.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and internal systems and portals.
* Organise files and maintain an efficient filing system for easy retrieval of information.
Requirements
* Previous office experience is preferred, with a focus on administrative roles.
* Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.

This role is 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. Salary is dependant on experience
