Buying Admin Assistant
We are looking for an Admin Assistant to join our Buying team working across a range of buying admin duties. The role involves coordinating and overseeing the accurate creation of products from start to go‑live and maintaining the SKU thereafter. Responsibilities
* Accurately manage the critical path, amending and communicating any changes in a timely fashion to meet deadlines
* Source compliance details from brands and manage the CPNPs of new and existing products on site
* Work closely with Merch & Marketing to ensure a seamless launch process and communicate changes
* Collaborate with THG Beauty on shared brand processes
* Manage funding forms to achieve accurate support for the business
* Assist the accounts department in resolving discrepancies
* Coordinate and maintain the company supplier contact list
* Stay abreast of competitor activity, pricing, promotions and assortment with a weekly comp shop
* Act as a bridge between Customer Service and the brands on ad‑hoc queries
* Request and check product information from brands within the expected time frame
* Manage sample inventories
* Liaise with the warehouse on discrepancies and information
* Perform general admin responsibilities and action ad‑hoc tasks, demonstrating effective workload management
Qualifications
* High attention to detail and level of accuracy
* Ability to prioritise and re‑prioritise in a fast‑paced online retail environment
* Organisation and autonomy while working both independently and as part of a team
* Proactive approach to workload management
* Initiative in problem solving
* Detail conscious and organised
* Enthusiastic desire to take on new responsibilities and progress within the company
* Strong commercial and customer focus
* Excellent internal and external communication skills
* Beauty retail experience
* Experience working in an e‑commerce environment
