Stafforce is currently recruiting Car Drivers on behalf of our client based in North Shields. This role involves safely moving and parking vehicles within a port environment, including discharging vehicles from vessels. We're looking for reliable, professional individuals with strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

Shifts & Pay Rates:
* Day Shift: 06:00 - 21:59 - £12.21/hour
* Night Shift: 22:00 - 05:59 - £13.21/hour
* Weekend Shifts: Variable hours - £16.50/hour

Key Responsibilities:
* Discharging cars from Ro-Ro vessels safely and efficiently
* Driving and parking vehicles around the port as instructed
* Following traffic marshals' directions and site procedures
* Adhering to all health and safety regulations
* Working as part of a team to meet tight deadlines

Required Experience & Skills:
* Full UK Driving Licence (no points)
* Previous commercial driving experience
* Confident handling various vehicle types (manual and automatic)
* Comfortable driving in tight or confined spaces
* Ability to follow strict port safety procedures
* Good communication and ability to follow instructions
* Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude
* Experience discharging vehicles from vessels is advantageous but not essential
* Previous port or Ro-Ro terminal experience is a bonus
