We are seeking a talented and passionate CDP to join our culinary team. As Chef de Partie, you will play a pivotal role in kitchen operation, ensuring food safety standards are adhered to and to produce high-quality dishes that reflect our restaurant's ethos.
Responsibilities
Ensuring exceptional food production and service.
Minimum Level 2 in Food & Hygiene
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor food presentation and quality, ensuring consistency across all dishes served.
Handle any customer feedback or concerns regarding food quality or service promptly.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or hospitality setting. (min 3 years)
Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
