We are seeking a Service Co-Ordinator to assist the service team and provide full administrative support.
To be responsible for setting up maintenance contracts
Production of service purchase orders
Manage the call out process, taking calls
Reception duties, meeting and greeting all visitors and operating door entry system
Book meeting rooms
Produce I D cards
Operate the ANPR system
The successful candidate will be experienced in a similar role and will have ideally worked within a sales/operations type environment. A good standard of communication skills and good level of IT experience to include Outlook and Excel is required.
