About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant in the specialist SEN school, you will play a vital role in providing personalised support to students with a diverse range of learning needs. This fulfilling role involves: Working closely with individual students and small groups, both inside and outside the classroom, assisting with their academic, social, and emotional development. Implementing engaging learning activities designed by teachers, adapting your approach to meet individual learning styles and needs.
