Location of this post: Harlow
In this role, you will:
1. Help deliver engaging youth club sessions, including activities such as: Arts & crafts, Cooking & Board games
2. Build positive relationships through meaningful conversations and support
3. Assist with session setup and close-down
4. Play a key part in shaping a service that evolves with young people's needs
Current session time:
Wednesday evenings, 5:45pm – 8:15pm (Youth Club)

About you:
We're looking for individuals who are:
8. Confident and creative in engaging with young people aged 10–25
9. Experienced or skilled in delivering group sessions
10. Able to provide emotional and practical support in line with safeguarding practices
11. Flexible, with availability for evenings and occasional weekends
12. Comfortable working in partnership with Co-op, Children's Services, and local communities
13. Passionate about keeping young people at the heart of everything you do

Whilst the full pay band and salary range is advertised, our approach to starting salaries is to appoint between the minimum to mid-point of the pay band – this ensures that pay steps are available to reward our colleagues annually based on their contribution to excellence and alignment to our values and behaviours.
