This is an exciting opportunity at Headlands School enhanced resource provision The ARC, Bridlington. We are an Ofsted rated Good school on a mission to provide high quality education for our local community. We are looking for a tenacious, highly organised individual who is able to communicate well with all members of our school community. You will be required to supervise students, coordinate work from relevant subject areas to ensure students can access the curriculum. This role will encompass working with students with SEN / SEMH needs.
Ideally, experience of working with young people with challenging behaviours and complex needs would be an advantage. However, your ability to be an inspiring role model who can promote an ethos of raising aspirations is as important. You will be confident in your use of IT and be responsible for supporting students in their use of IT. You must be educated to a good standard and be willing to undertake further training to support your development. A strong work ethic and the desire to accelerate your own development through this role is essential.
