A day in the life of a Cook
Menu planning -Collaborating with the home manager and our residents' requests and wishes, you will be able to develop and implement menu ideas. Understanding dietary needs - You will work closely with the wider staff to ensure we are meeting our resident's specific nutritional and dietary needs including modified food textures and allergies.
Kitchen Management -You will be the main point of contact for the kitchen and responsible for the day to day running of stock management and hygiene standards
