What will you do?
* Oversee daily shift responsibilities of waiters and supervisors
* Support with the training, development, motivation, and monitoring of team members
* Appropriately address all guest concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accurate knowledge of all restaurant and menu information
* Assist with administrative tasks, including ordering and inventory of stock
* Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence
