You’ll be working across podcasts, social media channels including YouTube, and live shows.The Role:Contribute to building narrative and brand awareness through video content for all digital channelsEdit and repurpose video and audio content for various platforms including TT, YouTube, Insta and LinkedInCreate short-form social content from long-form showsSupport live and post-show content creationCollaborate with the team on recording, editing, and publishing workflowsContribute ideas to enhance storytelling and production qualityMaintain platform-specific standards and stay current with content trendsWork closely with producers, presenters, and the social team to deliver engaging contentThe Person:Proven experience editing video content for long and short form media.Strong understanding of social media platformsStrong storytelling skills, with an eye for pace, tone, and structureConfident video editing skills.Thrives in a fast paced environmentInterest in fintech
