A leading premium care home is now looking for a Care Assistant (HCA) to join the team just outside of York.
This “Good”-rated home is a deluxe location for residential, nursing and dementia care. Set within a beautiful Georgian manor house, the home has been carefully adapted with its residents in mind: combining specialist home design techniques with luxury furnishings to help independently navigate around, preserve life skills, and fully relax in calm and comfort.
From assisting with daily living, to spending some quality one-to-one time, to helping out with some planned activities, as a Care Assistant, you’ll be helping each resident to live well and stay active in a comfortable and caring place.

This is a permanent, full-time (37.5h) Care Assistant role, day shifts or night shifts available.
Person specification :
* ( Essential ) Previous experience as a Care Assistant in an elderly care setting
* ( Essential ) A compassionate approach and an interest in helping vulnerable people
* ( Essential ) Willingness to help with personal care tasks
* ( Desirable ) Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
