This is a brand‑new position within a newly created Preventative Quality function - a chance to help build something from the ground up. The organisation is shifting away from a reactive, firefighting quality culture, and you’ll be right at the centre of that transformation. You’ll focus on long‑term quality improvement rather than short‑term fixes, supporting the development of a robust Quality Management System, strengthening governance of special processes, and driving preventative activity into busy operational teams. It’s a role for someone who’s persistent, influential, and comfortable being “politely disruptive” when needed. You’ll work closely with shop‑floor teams, technical specialists, and cross‑site quality colleagues, with opportunities to develop into an accredited Special Process Coordinator and become a key reference point for preventative quality on site.
