This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people in a customer-facing environment. This part-time role is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility, including university students, with a working pattern of 2 weekdays (10am - 6pm) and every other weekend. Key Responsibilities - Welcoming visitors and providing a friendly, professional first point of contact - Handling inbound phone calls, including queries relating to parking permits - Managing and resolving customer complaints in a calm and efficient manner - Providing accurate information and support to enhance the overall visitor experience - Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude at all times Working Pattern - 3 days per week - Typically 2 weekdays plus every other weekend - Shift times: 10:00am - 6:00pm - 7.5 paid hours per shift About You - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Confident handling customer queries and complaints - Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused - Able to work both independently and as part of a team - Reliable and flexible with availability, including weekends Additional Information - Open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including university students - Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential
