Salesforce Administrator Employment Type: Permanent & Contract Opportunities Available We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team and support the ongoing optimisation of our Salesforce platform. You will play a key role in managing, configuring, and enhancing Salesforce to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the business. Key Responsibilities Day-to-day administration and maintenance of the Salesforce platform. Create and manage users, profiles, roles, permissions, and data access. Build and customise reports, dashboards, and workflows to improve business insights. Implement and maintain automation processes using Flow, Process Builder, and validation rules. Provide support and training to end users, ensuring best practices and adoption. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions. Monitor system performance and carry out regular data hygiene tasks. Assist with integrations and new feature implementations as required. Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (2 years). Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, security model, and automation tools. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products is desirable. Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) is highly preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver solutions efficiently.
