Job Description:

We are seeking a Principal Microsoft Developer – CRM to join our Microsoft Infrastructure team. The role involves developing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics applications to meet evolving university requirements. Dynamics supports the Student Recruitment CRM from Tribal and is a critical service.
The team manages on-premises Windows Server Operating Systems, Active Directory, SharePoint, Printing, Server AV protection, Microsoft Exchange, Single Sign-On services, and more. Additionally, the team provides third-line support and assists first and second-line support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead development of Dynamics CRM
* Develop and maintain documentation related to Dynamics processes
* Provide support and technical expertise for environment issues
Requirements:
* Proven experience delivering enterprise-level, mission-critical information systems using Microsoft technology
* Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate with stakeholders
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Strong understanding and experience managing relevant technologies
