* Provide prompt Level 1 & 2 IT Support for preparation and operation of existing and new exams
* Monitor and maintain the sites' physical IT and network infrastructure alongside general administration such as access controls, endpoint detection, patch management
* Travel between MTS test venues as and when needed to support the day-to-day operation
* Troubleshoot IT issues in line with MTS and partners/exam boards procedures & policies
* Support and guide other MTS local IT technicians in line with MTS requirements
* Prepare, Install, Run and decommission Pop-Up Examination sites
* Resolve customer queries effectively with respect to hardware and software issues
* Maintain an up-to-date IT equipment inventory at all times
* Participate in IT Projects wherever needed
* Work On Call as per roster during weekends
Diploma/Degree in IT, or equivalent
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT/Network support role
* Experience in security management (desirable)
* Comprehensive knowledge of IT Systems, troubleshooting, computer networks and IT security
* Proficient in configuring and managing Windows Server 2012/2016/2019, including DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, Group Policy, and WSUS
* Familiar with best practices and standards for Windows Server security and administration
* Network management experience (CCNA desirable)
* Experience in ethernet cabling, Network switch configuration will be a plus
