Shift pattern: 08.00- 20.00 (days) Hours: 36 hours Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence (Manual- due to nature of the role) We are looking for caring, reliable and confident Night Healthcare Assistant to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in Plymouth . This person has Motor Neurone Disease (MND), Complex Clinical Needs- tracheostomy and ventilation care, PEG feeding — and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them. ✨ What you’ll be doing As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences.
