Jodrell Bank Centre for Engagement is seeking to appoint a Visitor Services Supervisor.
Jodrell Bank Centre for Engagement, established in 2011, is one of The University of Manchester’s cultural institutions, responsible for engaging visitors with the science, heritage, and culture of Jodrell Bank and the wider university. It welcomes approximately 160,000 visitors annually and was inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2019.
This role within our Visitor Services team focuses on delivering visitor service excellence and supporting the Centre’s commercial and retail activities, especially following the launch of the First Light Pavilion.
The position is based in the Planet Pavilion, working 4 days a week (Wednesday – Saturday), including routine weekend duty management, office, and retail administration.
We seek individuals passionate about high standards of customer service, with strong administrative and supervisory experience.
