As part of our continued growth, we're looking for a skilled Panel Beater who also has paint spraying experience to join our friendly and expanding team on a permanent basis.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Panel Beater / Paint Sprayer who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and has a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be a panel beater first and sprayer second, capable of completing body repairs to an excellent standard before moving on to refinishing work.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out panel repairs, replacements, and alignments to manufacturer or high workshop standards.
* Prepare, fill, and shape panels ready for paint.
* Perform minor spraying and refinishing tasks where required.
* Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and environmental standards.
* Maintain tools, equipment, and work area cleanliness.
* Follow all Health & Safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
* Work collaboratively within a growing and supportive team environment.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Panel Beater / Body Repair Technician (essential).
* Experience in paint preparation and spraying (advantageous).
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
* Strong understanding of Health & Safety standards in a workshop environment.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication and time management skills.
