Job Description: We are seeking dedicated Powder Coating Plant Operatives to join our manufacturing team on rotating shifts. This role involves operating and maintaining equipment within a dynamic powder coating environment, ensuring high-quality finishes on a variety of products. Responsibilities: * Working on a rotating shift: Mon-Fri: 6am till 2pm & Mon-Thurs 2pm - 10:30pm, Fri 2:00pm till 8:00pm. * Operate powder coating machinery and associated equipment safely and efficiently * Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, masking, or sanding as required * Monitor coating processes to ensure consistent quality and adherence to specifications * Perform routine maintenance and inspections on plant equipment to minimise downtime * Assist with loading and unloading materials using hand tools and power tools * Maintain a clean and organised work environment in accordance with health and safety standards * Record process data accurately and report any issues or defects promptly * Support fabrication or assembly t...
