About The Role:
Shift Pattern: Saturday and Sunday. 6am until 2pm
Key responsibilities:
* Utilizing electric towing vehicle - TUG to collect/ tow 1100L waste bins
* General Waste, Dry mixed recycling and Cardboard bins
* Collecting bins to and from site venues (back of house and storage areas) and take them to waste compound, empty bins to compactors and return back to original location
* Operate general waste and dry mixed recycling compactors
* Operate cardboard bailer
* Complete necessary forms
* Monitor and manage waste compound housekeeping etc
* Report any issues from venues/ collection points etc
* Manual handling of food and glass bins - 120L bins to and from collection points
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
* You must have Right to Work in the UK.
* Full training provided but previous experience in a similar role is preferrable.
* Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
* Role requires a full driving license, this is essential.
* Must be physically fit as this is a active position.
