As a CNC Operator, youll be joining a well-established manufacturing business with a strong reputation for investing in their employees, offering market leading benefits and a clean, well-run machine shop environment.
The Role - CNC Operator
Working within a small, experienced machine shop team, you will be:
Operating CNC milling and turning machines
Loading programs and checking machines are running correctly
Inspecting parts using measuring equipment and gauges
Monitoring tooling and carrying out tool changes when needed
Deburring, engraving and preparing machined parts
Supporting machine changeovers and maintaining workshop standards
Skills & Experience - CNC Operator
Were looking for someone with:
Previous CNC machining or machine shop experience
Ability to read engineering drawings and work to tolerances
Experience using measuring and inspection equipment
Milling and turning knowledge
Good attention to detail and a reliable approach to work
A team-focused attitude
