Role Summary
This is a 6 month secondment / acting up opportunity for an OH specialist nurse who wishes to consider career development as part of a large multidisciplinary team providing Occupational Health and Wellbeing services to both NHS and non-NHS employees.

As a senior specialist nurse, you will lead and support a busy team of Occupational Health and Wellbeing nurses providing care to approximately NHS and non-NHS staff. Services include vaccinations, health surveillance, health improvement, and fitness for work advice. Specialist clinical expertise and excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
Working Pattern: Full and part-time positions available. Monday to Friday.

This is a fixed-term contract for 6 months. NHS employees may consider it as a secondment opportunity.
Pay: The salary reflects the Agenda for Change 5/6 rates, including a pay award to be implemented later this year. If you join before the implementation, the pay award will be backdated to your start date. Until then, remuneration is based on the 4/5 pay bandings.
