Key Responsibilities:
* Compliance: Ensure office and client account receipts are processed accurately and promptly. Report unpaid disbursements and process inter-account transfers.
* Supervision: Organise daily roles, manage month-end processes, provide training, and support team performance reviews.
* Banking: Handle daily banking functions, reconcile accounts, and manage deposit accounts.
* Cashiering: Process electronic payments, complete bank reconciliations, and manage interest calculations and disbursements.
* Other Duties: Administer petty cash, handle queries, and maintain suspense account ledgers.
Requirements:
* AAT qualified/studier or equivalent level
* Knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules.
* Experience in legal cashiering or a similar role.
* Strong communication and IT skills.
* 2 years of supervisory experience.
