As an Internal Sales Account Manager, you will be the vital link between our global customers, distributors, and Peli BioThermal. Your mission is to build credible and lasting relationships, drive revenue growth, and exceed targets within a supportive and dynamic environment. This is a consultative sales role where you will provide technical support to customers, identify their needs, and guide them in making the right decisions on which of our leading market Peli products to use for their valuable payloads.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
* Business Development: Establish new customers and develop new business opportunities with existing clients.
* Customer Support: Respond quickly and effectively to all sales inquiries, providing prompt and efficient support and reassurance to customers.
* Consultative Sales: Provide technical support to customers, understanding their needs, and assisting them in selecting the best Peli BioThermal products for their specific requirements.
* Negotiation: Negotiate variations in price and terms of agreements to close deals.
* Proactive Engagement: Identify new opportunities that drive the revenue growth of the team and boost your bank account through a generous new business commission structure.
* Collaboration: Actively contribute to internal projects and assist with marketing campaigns as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding budget, or be a recent graduate with suitable qualifications, drive, and energy.
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Sales Acumen: Ability to effectively close deals and manage sales cycles of varied lengths depending on the project.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
* Technical Skills: Knowledge of SAP and Sales Force CRM systems.
