You will play a key role in supporting the assessment and approval of delegated arrangements across a variety of products, gaining meaningful exposure to governance, compliance and underwriting processes.

Key responsibilities:
Carrying out initial reviews on new delegated applications ensuring documents, controls and governance meet required standards
Supporting the completion of due diligence packs for new and renewing agreements
Maintaining accurate records across internal systems and updating contract details throughout the lifecycle
Coordinating with underwriters and brokers to gather information needed for assessments
Supporting the follow up and tracking of outstanding items raised during the due diligence process
Providing administrative support on occasional audit tasks, including preparation of audit information and assisting with the review of outcomes
Helping to produce reports and summaries for internal committees
Identifying areas of concern in due diligence findings and escalating appropriately
Contributing to general oversight tasks across the DA portfolio and assisting with process improvements
Experience you’ll need:
Six months to one year’s experience within a Delegated Authority, underwriting support or Lloyd’s market operations role
Some familiarity with delegated authority processes or contract reviews
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
Confidence communicating with internal teams and external partners
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
