Account Resourcing Lead
Location: Farnborough

DXC Technology is looking for an experienced Account Resourcing Lead to support workforce planning and delivery across a secure, high-profile client environment. This is a critical, site-based role responsible for ensuring the right skills are in place at the right time to meet client demand, working closely with account leadership, delivery teams, and recruitment.
As Account Resourcing Lead, you will take ownership of workforce planning, demand management, and fulfilment across the account. You will act as the key link between delivery, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders, ensuring resourcing strategies align with financial, operational, and contractual objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own end-to-end resource planning and demand management for the account.
2. Work with delivery and account leadership to forecast demand and identify skill requirements.
3. Partner with Talent Acquisition and suppliers to ensure timely fulfilment of roles.
4. Track and manage headcount, utilisation, and hiring pipelines.
5. Drive workforce optimisation, including redeployment, bench management, and succession planning.
6. Support hiring approvals, governance, and alignment with workforce plans.
7. Provide regular reporting and insights on resourcing performance, risks, and gaps.
8. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process improvement and automation.
What You’ll Bring
9. Proven experience in resourcing, workforce planning, or talent management within complex environments.
10. Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and delivery models.
11. Experience working with senior stakeholders in delivery or account teams.
12. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and drive decisions.
13. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
14. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
