Our clients, a luxury hotel and award-winning restaurant with and fantastic conference and banqueting facilities are seeking a Full-time, permanent Food and Beverage Manager role offering a competitive salary.

8. Managing all Food and Beverage operations day-to-day

12. Manage staffing levels and Rota’s within budgets

Candidate Specification:
For this position, we are seeking applications from candidates with strong previous experience in a similar position. We are ideally looking for a multi-skilled candidate with a strong understanding of Front of House conference, banqueting and Kitchen operations and that can hit the ground running.

17. Strong previous Food and Beverage management experience in 4star hotels
18. Will prove an exemplary background working in high quality functions, dinners and weddings/events.
19. A proven track record managing high-volume operations
20. Experience leading a food and beverage team
21. Excellent customer service skills
22. Strong leadership ability
23. Able to work in an incredibly busy environment whilst maintaining high standards
24. Working hours will be varied and include weekends and evenings.
