What You Will Do
Manage and support a caseload of children in care, providing advocacy and consistent guidance
Work collaboratively with families, foster carers, and partner agencies to meet childrens needs
Complete assessments, develop care plans, and monitor progress to promote positive outcomes
Ensure statutory duties are met, producing high-quality reports and maintaining accurate records
Participate in multi-agency meetings to support coordinated care planning
