Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Henlow
Salary: Circa £43,500 (DOE)
Working Pattern: 5 days on-site
Security Clearance: British Citizen or Dual UK National with British Citizenship

What You’ll Do:
* Support existing manufacturing lines & introduce new products
* Lead problem-solving and process improvements
* Drive industrial validation using FMEAs and process proving
* Manage design modifications & ensure configuration control
* Optimise production for safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
* Develop tooling and manufacturing instructions
What We’re Looking For:
1. Engineering Apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21) + HNC/Degree OR BEng Degree in a relevant field
2. Hands-on problem solver with a proactive mindset
