The Role
Provide specialist IT support services to CAA colleagues, maintaining outstanding customer service and understanding users’ IT and business needs.
Core Accountabilities
1. Provide specialist IT support services to CAA colleagues, including printer, hardware and software troubleshooting.
2. Software packaging - Respond to incidents escalated by other resolver teams in an efficient and effective manner, and in adherence to SLAs.
3. Undertake service requests in line with established processes and in adherence to SLAs.
4. Maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels.
