Salary: £63,576 - £71,665 pa (Leadership 10 – 15)
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Term time only + on call rota during holiday periods

If you would like to be part of our journey to support students’ lives, we are looking for a Head of Behaviour and Attitudes to join our team. You will be working in conjunction with the Deputy Principal in the organisation, management and development of the school with a focus on behaviour across all key stages. To maintain an effective whole school Behaviour for Learning and Safety culture including creation, analysis and reporting of Behaviour strategies in the school.
Due to the nature of the role the ideal applicant must hold, at minimum, QTS Status and a good honours degree. Experience within a senior role within a school, line management and SEN is essential. Experience of working in a SEND environment or with SEND students with SEMH needs would also be advantageous.
