Our Pharmacy Dispenser rate of pay starts from £13.70 an hour; this increases to £14.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with the option to work fewer hours (minimum 12).
We schedule contracted hours within the listed availability windows and provide at least 3 weeks' notice of shifts.
Customers are at the heart of everything we do. You will work in a fast‑paced environment delivering high‑quality service and patient care, including dispensing medicines, providing vaccinations, reviewing medicines, checking blood pressure, and testing blood glucose levels.
You will receive local management and leadership support and detailed industry training in a varied working environment.

Responsibilities
* Support the operation of a modern Pharmacy
* Apply technical skills and customer focus to accurately dispense medication
* Dispense prescription medicines with attention to detail and accuracy
* Communicate with customers confidently, friendly and professionally
* Offer appropriate information on common ailments, symptoms and products
* Understand customers’ needs, explain product benefits, and sell suitable products
* Advise customers on Pharmacy services available
* Support Pharmacy services and dispensing process according to SOPs
* Assess legal appropriateness of dispensed prescriptions
* Handle clinical and legal queries from Healthcare practitioners within competence
* Respond to customer queries regarding prescription medicines and inform the Pharmacist of complaints
* Follow all dispensing routines and SOPs
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in dispensary and consulting rooms
* Ensure accurate and timely prescription administration
* Promote company initiatives within the team
* Conduct procedures accurately to protect profit and trade safely and legally
* Complete corporate and departmental training
* Stay updated with legal and professional developments in pharmacy
Qualifications
* Qualifications gained from working in a Pharmacy environment
* Desire to train and develop into the Pharmacy field
